Carbo’s Café

Carbo’s Café located on Roswell Road is an ideal location for any wedding ceremony or reception. Up to 220 of your guests will be greeted by the valet, and will follow personalized signs leading them through the garden to the Second Story entrance. At the top of the staircase, your guests will find an antique vanity with your Guest Book to be signed and the gift table. Once upstairs, the band or DJ will be performing on an orchestral stage in the ballroom, and your wedding cake viewed on a marble table. Guests can mingle around the Ballroom, the bar, on the terrace or in the Grand Hallway, where our elaborate Hors D'oeuvre Reception is displayed atop antique marble buffets.  The elegance of the room offers a Renaissance setting of "Ballrooms of days gone by" with eighteen foot ceilings, custom chandeliers, intricate woodwork moldings, large glassed-in terrace, and mahogany bar all showcasing 4 giant neo-deco chandeliers.
